The Holiday Group Show emphasizes the important role that handmade objects and fine art plays in domestic life, enriching living spaces and adorning the body. The Gandee Gallery encourages art lovers to celebrate the holidays by giving gifts that embody the creative spirit and to shop locally. There will be a reception on Saturday, Dec 9, 6-8 pm. The exhibition will be on view Nov. 30- Jan. 21. The exhibition will feature jewelry, up-cycled jewelry and ornaments by Betsy Menson Sio, new ceramics by Jen Gandee, Ed Feldman and Ron Sutterer, and repurposed glass pieces by Errol Willett, paintings by Lucie Wellner and Andrea Deschambeault-Porter, photos by Elisabeth Groat and Robert Colley, and earrings by Lily Tsay.

The Gandee Gallery shop currently has new ceramic area artists, prints and cards by Lucie Wellner, and other gift items. Also on view are many of the pieces from the previous show at the gallery, The Almighty Cup, a juried and invitational show of drinking vessels and sculptural cup forms made by ceramic artists from all over the U.S. You can see available cups online at:
